My Third Blog Award - The Liebster Award!

I got awarded another blog award! Yaaaa!! I am so excited about it that I can do the happy Funderwacking dance and also go ahead and slay the Jabberwocky in the process. Yes, I am that happy and that excited. :D

Thank sooooooo much Dollie from The Indian Shringar for passing on this award to me and to all my lovely readers too. It's these awards that actually reveal how much love you guys have shown towards my blog. Thank you so much guys!

The answers to the questions that Dollie asked me are as follows:

1. Book or movie based on the book - whats your preference?
   Books, definitely books. I love watching movies, but there is nothing like reading a good book and using your imaginations to bring life to all the characters and the scenes in the books.
   
   
2. A destination that tops your travel wishlist.
   The destination that tops my travel wishlist is definitely Rome. It is one of the oldest and (not to sound too cliched) most romantic cities in the world. I simply can't wait to travel to that city.
   
   
3. Whats the oldest item in your closet?
   The oldest item in my closet would be an old pair of jeans that I would wear while in college. 
   
   
4. Smokey eyes or red lips....your preference?
   Smokey eyes. 
   
   
5. Heels or flats?
   At 5.3 ft, heels are my life! The higher the heel, the happier I am. :D
   
   
6. Are you a mountain girl or a beach girl?
   I have always been a beach girl! Love the feeling of the soft sand under my feet and the cool sea breeze in my hair.
   
   
7. Why did you start blogging?
   'Cos I love to write. Believe it or not, I have been blogging since 2007 and this is actually my fourth blog. Earlier, I was quite shy about sharing my writing with others so kept my blogs private. It is only after some encouragement from Le BF that I started The Purplenista and started promoting it seriously.
   
   
8. Your favourite cuisine?
   Italian.
   
   
9. If you're in a hurry and have time for just one beauty product, which one would you use?
   Actually I would use two products - my nivea moisturizer and my kajal/kohl/eyeliner pencil.
   
   
10. A perfume you are currently loving?
    Chanel - Chance.
