OOTD: Pairing a Red Tote

It's been quite some time since I posted, well, the only reason I can give is that I have been tied up with work, as well as, planning for my wedding. Travelling is taking up quite some of my time and I finally managed to get some time out and write a post and this will be a special post as it will be my first OOTD post. Yaaaaaa!!! I am so excited!!!

So, being the first OOTD, I roped in my sister for the post and she was uber excited about it. It was definitely fun shooting for the post.

Well, this outfit post will feature a different semi-formal or semi-casual colour combination, which is Red and Black. This is one of my favourite colour combinations and I think outfit can easily be worn in workplaces that have a semi-formal environment. It can also be worn for lunches out with the girls.

One of my favourite parts of this outfit is the Tote! This lovely Tote is called the Richard Red and is from a brand called Shwa. They have a store in Bandra. I love how the bag adds that pop of colour to an entire black outfit and it is absolutely perfect for work. The fun envelope shape of the Tote also allows you to take it out for lunches and dinner! :) I am sure, all girls would love this bag, as it is quite spacious and even has a key tag that prevents you from losing your key in your bag. Great isn't it!

Shwa is a new bag brand that has been conceptualised by Ira Jhangiani-Jain and Chandni Nihalani. The two friends wanted to design handbags with a character. Thus was born Shwa – a brand with a heart. The Richard Red bag is from their Winter/Festive 2013, which is inspired by the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. The collection has also been inspired by 'The Gossip Girls' TV series. Similar to the show, this Shwa collection is youthful, vibrant and trendy. Every bag is named after a character in the show.

You can find Shwa at:
36 Chandni Apts,
Pali Road, Bandra (West),
Mumbai 400050
